News / Second Master-Class by Sergey Semenov

On September 7, 2011 at 7p.m. in the exhibition hall of the Center of Development and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Eastern Autonomous District (Srednyaya Pervomayskaya st. 3, floor 3) will take part the SECOND MASTER-CLASS of Sergey Semenov.

Sergey Semenov is a leading photographer and stitch&processing master of AirPano.ru. He is a prize winner and laureate of Russian and foreign photo-contests, he's got publications in Russian and foreign press and photo-magazines. He is dedicated to Art Landscape Photography including panoramas and Gig-pixel shootings. He is highly experienced in photo editing and printing photos for exhibitions. Besides, he arranges and coordinates photo exhibitions as well as takes part in organization and making aerial photo shootings including those with the radio controlled models. Together with his colleagues he elaborates new methods of shooting and stitching of the extremely sophisticated panoramas.

For 9 years in Photography he has visited more than 30 countries. He shot the volcanoes of Iceland, lava on Hawaiians, the sands of Sahara in Libya, the Iguazu falls, Chilean and Argentine Patagonia, geyser fields and the deserts of Northern America, Victory parade on Red Square from the board of a military helicopter and many other places.

The second master-class is dedicated to the special technical features of Art Landscape Photography (with a stress on a panorama's light). The following issues will be raised: special features of camera settings, variety of exposure, bracketing shooting (HDR). Panoramas' stitching and processing: files conversion (Light Room), panoramas' stitching (PTGui and Autopano), processing, retouch, photo editing (Photoshop).
